What are you hours?
We are available 24/7/365 and you can reach a customer service agent, any time of day or night, any day of the week.
 
Where do you deliver?
All over Colorado and the surrounding states. Though we are located in Denver we frequently service the entire Front Range, including Fort Collins and Colorado Springs.
 
What do you deliver?
If it can fit in a car, van or truck, we can deliver it. From bike deliveries of envelopes to dock truck deliveries of product pallets, no item is too big or too small. You name it we can deliver! We even deliver food products.
 
Do you deliver on the weekends and holidays?
Yes, we work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
 
How can I pay for my order?
Either call and set-up an account to be invoiced or we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cash or check upon delivery.
 
Can I receive a proof of delivery?
We provide proof of delivery via email, fax or phone.
 
What kind of vehicles do you have?
Bikes in the immediate downtown area, Cars, Vans, Trucks for the big loads.
 
My package is not picked up at the time I specified it was ready?
We use delivery times to schedule our drivers. This means that your delivery will arrive by the time specified when the order is placed, not necessarily at the pick-up time. If you need a package to be picked up at a specific time just let our staff know when you order.
 
Do you file documents with the courts?
Yes
 
How fast can you deliver?
We have services of 3/4 hr(bike), 1 1/2hr, 2 1/2hr, 3 1/2hr, and 1 day.
 
Do orders after 5pm, on holidays, or weekends cost more?
Yes, please call for details.
